I am a student of theology and ethics, originally from Fort Worth, Texas (with a brief stint in Arkansas). My interests focus primarily on the rapid advances in technology and the necessary Christian responses to them, but my attention is also drawn to the topic of Scripture and ecclesial matters for the Churches of Christ. In all my writing, I hope to balance Christian devotion and a sense of realism.
I am a graduate of Harding University and Harding School of Theology with degrees in Christian studies as well as Computer Science, and I am now pursuing a PhD in theology and ethics from Baylor University. Beyond my studies, I am also an avid movie consumer (possibly to the neglect of my studies) and will gladly argue with you the merits of 50s Hollywood musicals or the decline of narrative filmmaking.
